I was introduced to CJ by my builder while completing an addition to my house. During the demolition and construction CJ performed many different tasks needed to complete the job including deck demolition, installation of a new drainage system, periodically cleaning the job site and hauling off debris. I recently had the pleasure of working with CJ Patten at PDR! I hired Mr. Patten to make a parking area for a rental property in the Fort Sanders area. This project included removing bamboo and railroad tiles, leveling the land and adding gravel. I had several ideas of how I wanted it done. Mr. Patten offered many great suggestions that we ended up going with. He gave a very reasonable rate and had the work done quickly.
